Order placement Policy

Orders through this web page are shipped Worldwide.

NPHLTD reserves the right to reject any order posted to the Company’s system without any notification.

Orders without valid details, as are described to the order form, will be rejected automatically.

 

Turnaround

 

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm GMT.

Orders placed before 12pm GMT  will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be shipped next working day.


Carriers

 

We use the UK Royal Mail to deliver our orders Worldwide. You may choose among Expedient and Normal rates during the checkout process through the dropdown menu.

 

Order Tracking

 

If a tracking # is provided by the UK Royal Mail, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note, not all services offer tracking.

 

Shipping Rates

 

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the placement of the order you will be shown what the cost of shipping the product to your location will be.

 

Delivery Times

 

Delivery of products usually will not exceed three working days. However, if for some reason the products are not available from stock, customers will be notified via email for the delivery period of their order.

 

Back Orders

 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

 

How To Return An Item

 

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@nphltd.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

 

Restocking Fee

 

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
